"I have enjoyed a very exciting and profitable year of racing since joining you last March. I am so glad I joined yourself rather than other tipsters out there and I will definitely be joining again this year. Thanks Henry for a wonderful opportunity.."

LATE LINE SERVICE

late line service

THE EXCITING NEW ADDITION TO THE HENRY RIX PRIVATE MEMBERS SERVICE…..

THIS SERVICE IS FREE & EXCLUSIVE TO NEW & EXISTING MEMBERS ONLY.

WHAT IS THE HENRY RIX LATE LINE SERVICE?

New for 2007 Henry has been working hard to prepare for the launch of an all new extra value service to compliment the already highly regarded and successful HENRY RIX RACING SERVICE.
The late line service will run alongside Henry’s current private service and will compliment and enhance the success & profit Henry has achieved for over ten years as a private horse racing tipster.

Member’s feedback - You talk we listen………

Over the years we have received a great deal of feedback from members and we continue to adapt & refine the day to day operation in order to provide the best possible service which meets our members needs.
The creation of the Late Line service is, we believe, the perfect addition to the existing service and will provide the perfect opportunity to further increase the profitability of the Henry Rix Racing Service.

LATE BREAKING TIPS SENT DIRECT BY SMS TEXT TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR VIA E-MAIL TO YOUR INBOX.

The Henry Rix Late Line for…….

  • Greater flexibility – Fast reaction to going changes or draw bias - Price protection - Late breaking gambles.

  • The Late Line Service will allow Henry to provide members with the very latest, up to the minute tips for that days racing. By sending the tips direct, via SMS text message to your mobile phone, or via e-mail direct to your inbox, Henry will be able to provide members with comprehensive coverage of real time market moves.

  • The late line service will run alongside the current Henry Rix racing service operation and is intended to enhance the existing service. It does not replace the existing service, which will still operate in the normal manner.

  • Existing & new members are under no obligation to use the late Line service and their membership will continue to run as normal on the main Henry Rix Racing Service.

  • For members who wish to utilise the Late Line service we will require that you register a mobile telephone number and / or a valid e-mail address in order to receive the updates. We will write to all existing members of the service in February to invite them to register their details.

  • New members can register their details upon subscribing to the main Henry Rix Racing Service.

Why have you introduced this new service?

1. To take advantage of factors that can only be known near to off time. For instance, there might have been a downpour during the morning of the race, softening the ground considerably, or a pace or draw bias might make itself known in the first two or three races on the card.

 2. Giving a selection close to the off time makes it much more difficult for the bookmakers to manipulate prices. In an early price race they can simply cut their own prices. But the ‘show’ prices available just before the off are nationally – indeed internationally – available across all bookmakers. So the liability is spread around much more than an early price recommendation when a smaller number of bookmakers take the vast majority of bets. It also takes time to ‘blow’ money back to the track, and with so much betting activity taking place in the minutes before a race compared with the morning it should be easier to get the prices we want. Basically, late money is easier to spread around, and therefore easier to get on.

3. The late line service will mean that I will advice bets that I have not previously been able to give out early in the day. These bets may be on races that are not priced up early in the morning, on horses owned or trained by those who do not want early information leaking out or on some of my own horses where the information is particularly sensitive and therefore the later the information is given out the better.

Frequently Asked Questions……….

HOW DOES THE LATE LINE SERVICE WORK?

  • Members will be sent tips via, SMS text message (to their registered telephone number) and / or e-mail (to their registered e-mail address).

  • Tips will not be sent every day but it will be important for members to keep their phones on during the hours of racing on most days.

  • We will alert members (by text / e-mail) at least 20 minutes before a bet is likely.

WILL YOU BE ADVISING DIFFERENT TYPES OF BETS ON THE LATE LINE & WILL THERE BE SHORTER PRICED SELECTIONS?

In line with the existing service we expect to give mostly win or win & place single bets. Tips will be given in the same manner as the existing Henry Rix Racing Service. (i.e. Selection name, race details, price & points to stake).
I will be aiming for a higher strike rate of winners to bets, but the prices will not be very short. I try never to bet less than 2-1.

DO I NEED THE LATEST HI-TECH MOBILE PHONE?

So long as your phone can accept a text message, it is ideal. You don’t need to have the latest 3rd Generation technology.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO RECEIVE A TEXT / E-MAIL MESSAGE?

No. The cost of sending the message is down to Henry Rix Racing.

WHY CAN’T I JOIN JUST THE LATE LINE SERVICE?

I would like you to benefit fully from my information and you will not do so if you are not part of the main service where significant profits are made. The text service will only be available to members of the main service.

WILL THIS REDUCE THE NUMBER OF BETS GIVEN ON THE MAIN SERVICE - HOW MANY BETS PER WEEK ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE BY TEXT?

The bets on the main service will not be reduced significantly and where possible I will include the bets on my own horses in the early message. I intend to advise between two and four bets per week by text or e-mail.

WILL THERE BE ANY DUPLICATION OF BETS?

No. All bets on the late information service will be different from the main service. It is possible that we may have another bet in a race where a selection has been already advised on the main service. This will only happen if conditions have changed significantly.

WHAT IF MY MOBILE PHONE BATTERY RUNS OUT, OR I AM IN A POOR RECEPTION AREA? IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO ACCESS THE TIPS – by phone or on the internet?

Unfortunately bets will only be available by SMS text or e-mail and you must ensure you are in a position to receive the messages during racing.

HOW DO I USE THE SERVICE?

Simply ensure that you have registered your mobile number and / or e-mail address to receive the tips.
Once you have received the Late Line tips you are free to place your bet with any of the major bookmakers either via the Internet, telephone or in the betting shop.
You should stake your bets in the same manner & using the same amount per point as the main service.

HOW DO I REGISTER & HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

You can subscribe to the Henry Rix Racing Service by clicking HERE, or via 24Hr automated telephone line on 08700 111 017, or by calling Ron or Iain in the office on: 08700 50 50 22.

CAN I JUST JOIN THE LATE LINE SERVICE?

The Late Line Service is an additional FREE & EXCLUSIVE service only available to registered members of the main Henry Rix Racing Service.

STAKING

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED STAKE ON A GIVEN TIP?

Staking will be the same as the main service, using a point scale of between 1 - 10 points.
In practice the average stake per bet is expected to be around 2-3 points.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLACE ON A GIVEN TIP?

Profits are calculated using a staking plan of £100 per point advised.

Betting at £100 per point we recommend a starting bank of 100 points. This is in line with the main service betting bank and we will be using the same bank for both service options. You do not require separate banks to use both service options. (Simply put you require one bank of 100 times your 1 point stake unit, to use either one or both service options).

HOW MANY BETS ARE EXPECTED PER WEEK?

It is not possible to say exactly how many bets we will have in any given week as it will depend on various factors, such as time of year, quality of information, etc.
A rough guide for Cheltenham and the flat season would be around 3-5 bets per week.

BET TYPES

WHAT TYPE OF BET WILL BE GIVEN?

In line with the existing service we expect to give mostly win or win & place single bets.

WHAT WILL BE THE AVERAGE ODDS OF THE SELECTIONS?

We cannot predict the odds of future selections but Henry will only give tips on selections he considers provide the right value for the service and its members.

GENERAL

WHEN WILL THE LATE LINE TIPS BE RELEASED?

Tips may be sent at any time during the days racing, usually 5-10 mins before the scheduled off time.Tips will not be sent every day and we shall send a message as early as possible to advise members if they can expect a tip on any given day.
